FAQs & Shipping

All of our soaps are handmade. Therefore no 2 soaps/batches are the same.

All of our bars tend to be between 150g & 175g.

Our soaps are Vegan, Palm oil free, Sulfate free, Paraben free.

The soaps are made like a loaf of bread (rectangular) and then cut into bars to be sold. The piping on top is part of the loaf.

It is not done separately and cannot be changed.

The loaves are produced via a (time honoured) natural soap making method called cold process.

This basically means the soaps are made in batches and left to cure (harden) for 4 - 6 weeks.  

Our Packaging is ethically sourced and plastic free. We do not use shrink wrap, packing peanuts or bubble wrap.

We only use organic/paper based tissue paper, string and rattan. 

Orders will be shipped 1 - 2 days from your order date.

You will receive postage confirmation and Australia Post Tracking Number - with your Order confirmation email. Please ensure that your address & details are entered correctly.

 

We do ship to the United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada & the USA. The shipping rates are determined by Australia Post and therefore i have no say on how much it costs. The rates change depending on the weight of the package/items so as you add your items to your cart there is a shipping calculator down the bottom left so you can see what the cost will be. (The heavier the package, the more expensive it gets!) If you have any questions please reach out and we will do our best to help!

 

We do not accept refunds or returns - Soap is an intimate, sanitary product that i cannot resell once it leaves me.

We do not accept cancellations once the order has been shipped.

If the items arrive damaged, are incorrect or you are not happy with what you have received, please "reach out" so i can try to rectify the issue.
